7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase on laptops, desktops, and accessories.

Items must be in original condition with no damage or liquid exposure
Original packaging and accessories must be included
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Standard 90-Day Warranty

All computers come with a 90-day limited hardware warranty covering the following eligible issues:

Internal components: motherboard, CPU, RAM, SSD/HDD, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth
Battery: guaranteed to hold at least 50% of original capacity, eligible for replacement if it drops below that level
Display: flickering, 5 or more dead pixels, backlight issues, or lines caused by internal fault
Ports: faulty USB, HDMI, audio, or Ethernet ports caused by internal defect
Charging circuitry: power jack faults when used with the proper adapter
Fan and thermal: overheating or faulty cooling fans
Diagnostics and labour: included on all eligible warranty repairs

Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, software errors, power surges, third-party tampering, or misuse.

Loaner Device Guarantee

If a warranty issue is not resolved within 2 business days, a loaner laptop will be provided at no charge, subject to availability. The loaner device must be returned within 24 hours of repair completion.

Extended Warranty Add-On

Upgrade to 12 months of total protection with our 9-month Extended Warranty.

Adds 270 days of extra hardware coverage
Includes priority diagnostics
Just $25 when added at the time of purchase

Bring your device and proof of purchase to our store, or contact us by phone. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours.
